Position Overview:
The Athletic Manager at Tierra Encantada Charter School is responsible for the effective management and coordination of the school's athletic programs. This includes maintaining schedules, ensuring compliance with regulatory bodies, and supporting the logistics necessary for team activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Schedule Management: Enter and maintain athletic schedules in MaxPreps to ensure accurate and up to date information for all school sports events.

• Compliance and Verification: Manage Dragonfly official payment verifications to ensure that all necessary payments and compliance documentation are accurately recorded and maintained.

• Meeting Attendance: Represent the school at NMAA mandatory meetings, both in person and remotely, to stay informed about regulatory updates and to ensure compliance with athletic standards and requirements.

• Logistics Coordination: Schedule and arrange transportation for athletic teams to ensure timely and efficient travel to and from games and events.

• Roster Management: Maintain and manage team rosters, ensuring that all player information is accurate and current.

Qualifications:

• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.
• Familiarity with MaxPreps, Dragonfly, and NMAA regulations is preferred.
• Experience in sports management or a related field is a plus.
